This dog actually belongs to Kara Zorel, aka Supergirl. Superman got talked into watching him while Supergirl went on a intersteller vactation. He is slightly unruly due to a lack of discipline on Kara's part. It is a  loveable dog, with the same powers as Superman and Supergirl.
